Website Develop into PHP (from our .AI source File) Then integrate Code from Website

What we are looking for a is a coder that can take our new layout in which we have the source illustrator files from our graphic designer, and that can splice it up into a php then take that website (which has 100% the same pages as [login to view URL]) and integrate the existing code. Just migrate it over. While doing that we are adding new features to the membership portion of the [login to view URL] like tracking information, better edit information, auto emails sent to clients, etc. you can view a sample membership at [login to view URL] User: 998105794 Password: milk12345 so you can see on both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] that both share the same database and info. Based on this info we are looking to hire a coder that can accomplish this, that knows some website design to splice and coding to migrate and add features. The way the website should be in the end is like a [login to view URL] website page with huge images in the background that call images from a folder and rotate every 30 seconds or so.
