I am looking to make a clone of [url removed, login to view] with all added features of adengage.
Remember:I need a 100% features of adengage
YOU can make a clean and prof layout, design like agengage
You must integrate it in the script, install the script + payment gateway + basic content for all the pages. The site will be a complete adengage clone with all the required features.
I want a simple admin area to manage it
I want the same interface the same region and the the button disposition of adengage
This site must be finish for public so they can start.
Communication via Yahoo and I'll expect daily short reports about the work progress.

Our payments terms are normally like this:
1. 30% to start the work
2. Next 50% distributed over the development phase.
3. Rest 20% after the website/ script is on clients web server and i am fully satisfied. And this 20% is most important for me as it speaks that customer feels he has got the job worth the payment he is giving
