Finish Classifieds Site

The site is currently about a 1/3 completed. The shell, some pages and a number of admin functions have been built, although a number of things will need to be changed. I'm looking for someone to finish the rest of the site. Its a pretty basic site, uses a database, very minor ajax(stuff like preview, and fancy forms), site is currently written in PHP/MYSQL. Stuff that's remaining to be built: a) Item Posting, Item Description, Item Search, Item Results, Item Database(Users can submit to it) b) Activity Tracker c) Item Center, Message Center, Profile, Feedback, Registration(redo) d) Admin panel e) A few static pages like about us etc. f) CMS Details: a) I need someone who knows what they are doing. You must be very good and very fast. I need someone with a strong work ethic. b) I need someone who knows how to use cookies to store/retrieve data c) I need someone who knows how to make SEO friendly urls d) I need someone who is not afraid of javascript(image preview, popups, and fancy form elements) e) I need someone who will actually try to stick to my layouts. f) I need someone who'll guarantee their work, and will fix the bugs that arise later. g) I need someone who I can get in touch with quickly. You must use an instant messenger service and be able to reply to all emails within 24 hours. Selection Process: a) You submit a bid based on what I've said here. You will also provide examples of your previous work. I'm looking for modern looking websites. b) I will select those people, who I think will be able to do the work I need. Price won't be the only thing I consider. I'd prefer to have someone in the USA, but if you are someone really good with flawless reputation, I'll be willing to consider offshore people. b) The person I select will be contacted with additional information. I'll give them access to very detailed jpegs of everything that needs to be done.(screenshots I've made in photoshop of almost every page thats needed) c) If needed you'll update your bid d) I select a provider e) We both sign a contract. Contract will specify penalties for delays and other obligations. f) You get to work. You can work on my server, or yours. When you are at a point, where the only thing left is to add a payment processor, you'll be paid 50%. At this point you upload the website to my server(if its not there already), and add a payment processor in the mix. At this point you'll be notified with any fixes/changes that will need to be done. When everything is finished you'll get paid the other 50%. All payments will be sent using paypal. I take my contracts very seriously, do not bid on this project unless you are serious about it. If you give a time frame, I expect you to stick to it.
