Front-End Website**
We are looking for our website to be 100% custom and built from the ground up. We are looking for an extremely fast loading and professional website which will make it easy for our customers to visit our site, determine what they are looking for, and place their orders. Our website must be neat, clean, professional, fast loading, and overall easy to navigate around.
Below are the absolute most important and required items for our website…
1.) Entire website must be **_FAST_** loading (even for dialup users)_**Extremely Important**
_2.) Extremely easy to navigate around the site and locate what the user is looking for.
3.) Checkout process must be kept as short and simple as possible.
4.) Website must be unique, must **_NOT_** look like a template, but must be very professional looking.

- Unprofessional websites that look like a kid is running the business
- Websites that checkout process is long and complicated.
What Users Should Be Able To Do While On Our Website:
- Locate and custom configure a dedicated server with custom configurations that they want (Just like you can at [[login to view URL]][1])
- Checkout screen should be 1-2 pages max, extremely easy and quick to fill out, and should be integrated to check domain availability, and authorize credit cards.
**Packages**
For our dedicated servers we will be reselling all servers and options listed at <[login to view URL]>and just adding $60 to the base price of the server. There are a total of 40 servers listed for sale at [login to view URL], and we will be reselling all of them. We will charge the same price for server upgrades as LayeredTech charges.
**Billing System**
We will handle the entire billing system. Coder will _NOT_ do anything related to a billing system. Coder just needs to design a template for us to integrate into our order forms.

For our new venture we want one central area for our clients to login to with one password that will give them quick access to…

Basically for all of our clients we would like to manually go in a create an account for access to this exclusive client area. There should be an admin interface where the staff may login, create accounts, suspend accounts, reset passwords, email all users…etc. The client area will realistically only be 1-2 pages, as it will just be a nice presented directory of links to other areas of our website. The client area will be something like <[login to view URL]>and the billing system, support desk, faq…etc will all be located in a subfolder such as <[login to view URL]>or [[login to view URL] ....etc][2].
There are some scripts out there such as aMember (_www.amember.com_) which will allow setup of a members only area. Maybe using a script like that one and just customizing it a bit would be best and cost efficient.
**Summary**
For this project you will be…
1.) Design our front-end website. Once the site template is completed, creating the rest of the pages will come allot easier and quicker. You will be helping with content.
2.) Design a client area where we can put all important information together for our clients. You may either build this from scratch or use a script such as [[login to view URL]][3]for this.
3.) Integrate scripts such as vBulletin and LivePerson into our sites look and feel.
