This should be very quick, I just can't figure it out. I have a map with hotspots(they are the stars), and they should have the names of the locations pop up when MouseOver. This was how it was originally designed, and it worked fine. I added 3 new hotspots and now it does not work (It originally had seven spots)
Also, when clicked, it should jump down to that point on the page. This should work fine. However, when you click on the link of the location, the link goes blank (it does work- you just can't see it) This needs to be fixed so that it works like a normal hyperlink.
I can get it to work, but it also changes the buttons at the top. I want the buttons at the top to stay the same, and the links at the bottom to be blue when they haven't been clicked, dark red when hovered, and then orange when clicked.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
