Human resource, outsourcing. Job description: I need a nice and simple website to create online jobs for Mexican and Spanish people. I´m looking for a qualified, professional and experienced website designer/programmer to design an online job website, professionalism, uniqueness, and a corporate feel are all mandatory components for this site. The design of the website should be very clean and simple; it should ideally run on all devices (including tablets). I require a Homepage, Services, About Us, Contact Us, and FAQ page, with the ability to add/change pages obviously kept open. It will be a 7+ page website. Please check [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 1)Users create job and publish it 2) Other users apply for the job and /or create and upload their CV (This includes allowing users to sign up and create basic profiles (pictures, data), upload Word, RTF, Pages, etc 3) Users can describe their search criteria to receive job offers in their mail box 4) Users can improve their offers by selecting paid services. My site also requires a plugin that will imitate [login to view URL] behavior in terms of job providers creating a project/assignment with certain attributes, and allowing other users to apply for the project/assignment. Job provider will then choose the winning bid and start communicating accordingly. I don't require full guru´s functionality, but should look and run better than [login to view URL] . 1)Users create job and publish it 2) Other users apply for the job (This includes allowing users to sign up and create basic profiles (pictures, data), upload Word, RTF, Pages, etc (and have these files converted to a Web friendly version viewable on their profile). 3) Winning user is chosen, and money is deposited into an escrow account 4) Communication starts between the two users 5) Upon completion, money is transferred accordingly. Few things to consider: 1) Plugin should make use of custom post types, since it would make it easier to add taxonomies and custom fields at any time. 2) It should rely on templates 3) Support payment by PayPal and credit card. 3) It should be pluggable, e.g. it should rely on hooks, actions, similar how to Buddypress was built for example. 4) Very clean code that relies on best practices. This job is to build the site; the winning candidate will likely also be responsible for MAINTENANCE, but the terms of this will be discussed at a later date.
