Large Joomla Site Updates

We've got a client news site running Joomla that has significant (5,000+) pages not found in their site map plus several hundred soft 404 errors that we need resolved. This has caused the site to drop in Google rankings.

Additionally, the site is running very slowly despite being on a dedicated server. I have a list of suggestions from Google Page Speed and YSlow that I'd like implemented. These involve brower caching, image compression, compression and Inlining small stylesheets to reduce calls.

I am further interested in installing a module to use a CDN both for static content and I'd like to leverage Amazon RDS to handle traffic spikes.

I need a developer with extensive Joomla, Amazon Cloud and SEO experience to resolve these issues quickly and accurately.

Please provide references to past Joomla development in your response.

I am looking for a diagnosis and repair quote that will fully fix the issue. Please do not bid unless you're capable of fully completing the project without subcontracting pieces of it.
