Need to incorporate html template onto my websites home page.

This project is a re-post because other freelancer could not complete the task after awarding project. I apologize!

1) I have a php script that needs a new home page design. I have a 1 page html template that I would like to use for it.

(template includes css, js, and images which won't need editing but will need to be included for this to work).

Freelancer would need to replace old homepage content on php script with html template and make sure there are no

conflicts or issues. There is a screen shot example of this screen.jpg.

2) This template comes with a navigation that I would like to include on all pages of the script.

(The menu on the screen shot 'add content, edit content, activity, buy credits, contact')

I would like the guest home page (when a member is not logged in) to show a set of links

(welcome, how it works, who its for, free vs paid, examples, for dummies)

and different links when signed in.

(add content, edit content, activity, buy credits, contact)

So if a user is not logged in, they should see certain links on all pages of the website and when they are logged in, they should

see a different set of links on all pages of the website. There is a screenshot example of this signedin.jpg.

3) The final modification I would need is to make the Big Blue and Green sign in and join buttons open the login and registration form

of the script. Look at the screen shot to see the big green and blue buttons.

I will require a chat before awarding project where you will explain back to me my project requirements so we are certain on what is needed.
