Need PHP Expert - Modify My Custom Membership Site

Hi, I will need you to modify my custom membership site. The functionality of this site is that the members can add their wordpress blogs into the system and can post articles to all blogs in the system (via xml-rpc) based on credit points (more on this later). This script is using phpmaker 7 for it's GUI. I will give the winning bidder a full access to the source code. Here's the modification list: - fix article posting bug - update scheduling to make articles go out on specific date - don't submit articles that have special character like these: , Â, Ã, href, ï, », ¿ - increase the speed of the script (MySQL load is at 150+ with the old script) - clean up the code of the old script (the code is a bit messy) Please ONLY BID if you have solid experience in wordpress and php.
