New Service -- connect workers with customers, also get paid for question answering

I have an idea for a search engine website that could be similar to sites such as [url removed, login to view] in that service providers are able to sign up and people would search for jobs or other internet questions. I have realized that many people on these sites are experts at using the internet and there could be a lot of people in the U.S. who would want to ask questions, etc and could pay for information most likely. This service would be free to everyone (revenue would just come from advertisements) If you are highly skilled at internet technical projects and you are interested in discussing this project further please place a bid.
