Please Read and Before Bid I need to develope a News Content managment System ( Cms ) for News Websites . The Cms Will manage News , Catgories , Articles , Comments . I also want on the future to be able to add plugins or Applications inside it , Like Polls , or any other Plugins Like Facebook Integration , Likes , Share , Recommend , Etc ... I was searching Online and Found a Cms Called Vivo , i really like the way it works , and This Script Should Looks and Work Like this Vivo Cms , and we will custimize it and design it like this one . Also we need to take care of , Things like Latest Articles , Most Viewed , and also time that been published that we can have a page like Newspulse of Cnn , [login to view URL] . So our Project is A cms For News . I attached Some Images Taken From Vivo Cms So you can See what i am talking about , also another Important Point is that i preffer a freelance that already worked on this kind of project in php . also The Image Resize , as a Plugin inside it , So after uploading image we can select on image a thunmble to create or have more that 1 version of that image .
