Development of a **Facebook application and website**. Details are in [PDF][1] and in attached ZIP. I'm developing a news aggregator service, similar to [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] (except for a strong Facebook integration).
**Requirements:** PHP5, MySql, Javascript, Ajax, CSS, design skills, writing skills
**Your offer should include:**
* elaborate spec items **#3b, #3c, #4.6, #5.3,** as well as any other part of the spec
* don't say you **can** do this project - explain **how** & **what**
* how will you present my shareholding concept to users
* how will you ensure viral distribution of this app
* what is your experience with Facebook API & PHP
* what is missing in the spec
* what are your creative ideas
* list of your references & skills
**Explain why you are the right choice for this project.** If you can write your own requirements spec for the project, to show that you understand the project and include your ideas, that will greatly increase your chances to win this project. (you can also ask for a small payment)
**Bidding:** this project is classified as *$500 and above* with max bid $3000. However, I will consider all offers, those below $500 and those above $3000. The most important is, that your skills and experience match your offer.
Most likely I will grant this project to two teams. One with a low bid and one with a high bid. If both deliver according to spec, both will get paid.
The high bidding team will also be asked to write a formal requirements spec. This will serve as proof that they understand the scope of work and to include their own ideas into the project.
**Long term partnership:** I'm looking to get a long term partner. That's why I also offer developer shares (optional). Submit offers like: **Offer A $amount cash. Offer B $amount cash + developer shares %.**
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
