We need someone who can develop an online software system that allows people to market and sell their own home online! The website will look like a standard real estate property on the front end, but will allow property hunters to book apointment times to view the property (appointment times set by owner). The website will also support video, image galleries, maps, and possibly 3D floor plans.
On the back end property sellers will be able to list their property on the website, using the sellers dashboard. They will also be able to post their property listing to other property websites using an API, our site will handle their payment. Sellers will also be able to generate a print advet by selecting various print templates and using the property description that they have already added. Sellers will also be able to send this print template to various local print publications and pay for the advertisments online. Sellers will also be able to purchase various other marketing materials that have been generated by the site (i.e. flyers, signs, online ads). Sellers should be able to manage the whole marketing of their property online and from mobile devices. Finally the website needs to be able to give advice on selling property privatly and must include a contract generator, that generates a customized contract for property sellers.
The website will need to look classy the front end should look similar to www.realestate.co.nz. The site should be written in PHP, Javascript, AJAX, CSS3 and HTML5, and must be written on a flexable responsive framework so that it can be viewed on mobile devices.
