Convert Joomla Template from 1.0 to 1.5

I need to convert the PixelPerfect template from Joomla 1.0.x to Joomla 1.5 native, here is the template info link:

Please keep in mind that the RTSuckerfish menu has to work with the 1.5 natively too.
