Design A Web Based Media Player With Effects

The above link shows an 8-band equalizer and built-in sound effects (Reverb, Flanger, Chorus, Pitch, Tempo, Echo, Speed, Bass, Enhancer, Voice Remover). HOWEVER: I need: 8-band equalizer, reverb, flanger, chorus, pitch, tempo, echo, doubler, gain, overdrive, distortion. This is different from the list above. Effects must be clear, clean and transparent sounding REQUIREMENTS: 1- A custom media player web based plugin with html5, js, and flash fallback 2- It needs to be a Joomla 2.5-3 + plugin that can be added in articles through the JCE editor or similar WYSIWYG editor in the backend. Product should be optimized to reduce stress on load time of web pages and effects as multiple instances will be running at once. There are players available do that all of this, they just don't have the effects so I have to stress that the effects are the most important part. ONCE AGAIN: the effects and optimization are the most important part. **In the end I will own the rights to this product** Milestones will be used. All effects must be accounted for and successfully tested by me prior to completion/final payment. This process may take up to 5 business days as I will need a third party to test it.
