Joomla Template Update From v1.5 to v2.5

I currently have a Joomla 1.5.x template that runs just fine, but need it updated to work on my site for Joomla 2.5. The template includes drop-down menus that must continue to work and be compatible with all parts of the website. Minor modifications to the template cosmetically are acceptable with approval. Menu's are driven by a Joomla extension that allows control to be done within Joomla Admin panel. The current extension can be changed to another similar functioning extension if necessary. As long as the appearance and functionality remains close, then it is acceptable.
This project is for a Non-Profit 501c3 organization.

Not a realistic budget for the work involved - $30 gets you one hours work - this will take at least 3+ hours. I am a Joomla expert - check my reviews.
