Minecraft Server Top List - Re-design/Functionality Upgrade

I own and operate a fairly popular Minecraft Server List topsite, the design and functionality is a bit poor. I'm looking to do a website overhaul which includes added functionality and a redesign based on another website.
1) I'd like my website to be re-designed to look very similar to [url removed, login to view]
2) My site has some problems with it's server query code, it doesn't report the proper amount of players playing, it doesn't report the MOTD. I would like this to be fixed.
3) I would like my site to have the following functionality added:
A) Gold membership - owners can pay to have the following features for their listing: "Bump Your Server Twice As Much! With a gold server, you are able to bump your Minecraft server twice as much as everyone else. Getting your server to the top of the recently updated servers list provides extra exposure and more players for your server. You can bump your server every 12 hours, cutting your waiting time in half!"
B) Reset Uptime "Reset Your Uptime Once Every 30 Days! Ever been in the situation where your server goes down for a few hours unexpectedly and your ranking suffers? Well the ability to reset your uptime once every 30 days will make your server seem more attractive to players. Set your uptime back to 100%, where it should be, and see your score and visibility in the server list increase dramatically!"
C) Gold Label - Custom Gold Label In All Server Lists! Wherever your server appears on The Minecraft Server List, it will be accompanied with a gold label to draw attention to players looking for a server. With this custom seal of approval, you are sure to attract lots more awesome players to your server. The gold label appears on the main listing, search results, favorite server lists and many more places!
D) Exclusive Placement In Sidebar! Your server will appear in the sidebar reserved for 5 random gold servers! Every time a page is viewed your server has a chance to be displayed in the gold server section reserved for only the best Minecraft servers! Yet even more exposure for your server to stand out against the crowd!
E) Side bar of recent updated and recently listed servers on site
F) Show a visible list of players on server in profile page (see: [url removed, login to view])
G) Uptime graph (see: [url removed, login to view])
H) Full HTML-enable profile. Careful to dis-allow injection attacks please.
I) Stats showing total amount of servers listed along with amount of players on index page
4) The changeover to the new site design must be seamless and use all the existing servers from the current database.
