I want to rebuild my website - [[login to view URL]][1] as a dynamic website.
I want bids only from programmers who meet the following criteria:
1. Good with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) and also Windows.
2. Has experience with building contemporary, elegant websites with high degree of usability (devoid of fancy graphics, animation, Flash et al.)
3. Has a good understanding of search-engine optimisation, how web-crawler / spiders work, etc and can take these into consideration while designing the site.
The website will mostly have similar content but enhanced functionality - there would be many forms to gather information from the users and the entire jobs listing will be dynamic and database-driven.
This is how I would like to proceed:
1. I want you to send me details of your credentials with samples of work executed (URLs) along with your pricing model.
2. I will shortlist 10 bidders to whom I will give a mock exercise.
3. Based on the output, I will shortlist three bidders to whom I will give complete details for the proposed work.
4. I will review the bids and award the work based on the proposal made by the bidders.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
