Update Bind, Apache and Install new PHP on Plesk

This is a dedicated server running Linux, Centos and the newest version of Plesk.

I need the following done

# Update Bind to newest version and make sure it is working properly

# Update Apache and Configure and make sure working properly

# install new php to run side by side in Plesk

Apache and Php can both be installed right through Plesk panel but I am afraid to do it. I believe Bind can be updated using Yum but again, I am afraid to do it.

This is a live server with live sites and downtime needs to be avoided.
