URGENT QUICK FIX for Magento 1.5.1.0 -product 404 not found

We recently installed Magento 1.5.1.0 with sample data inserted. Site (theme, front & backend) seems working perfectly with product categories and products in place, except when you click the individual page - 404 not found shown. We checked mod_rewrites is on, cleared cache, reindex data without any luck. It has something to do with URL rewrites and linkage.

This should be a simple and quick fix for any Magento guru and take no time. PLEASE PLEASE bid with a reasonable low cost. URL and admin access will be provided. The project MUST includes a written step-by-step procedure to solve the problem.

We have a few Magento projects in progress and will hire the same person afterward. Thanks in advance.
