Grant access to user using email link in Joomla 2.5

Description: We have a folder's that registered users logged in are able to see but cannot access. If they require access to this folder they have to request access to the folder by filling out a form. This form contain the Users name, Email Address and the folder's name they want access to. This has already been completed. Requirement: The form is then sent via email to an administrator. When the email is received by the administrator it should contain the above information including an 'Approve Access and Deny Access link in it. If the administrator clicks 'Approve Access' in the email, the user is given access to Folder and an email is also sent to the user indicating that access has been granted to the folder. If the administrator clicks 'Deny Access' an email is sent to the user indicating that access to the folder has been denied. See the attachment for details.
