Integration of "link/content" locker into existing website --

Am looking for someone who will integrate a content/link lock system into our existing website. The idea is that user will get points credited for filling out surveys/email submits. This means once the user registers onto our website he will go to a page with survey offers which he needs to fill out at least one and once its completed successfull (needs to be 100% successfull) he will get xxxx points credited to his account which he can use in exchange of content. Points on each survey will be set in adminpage. New Surveys/email submits can be added in admin panel User is allowed only once to fill out the same survey/email submit. Survey needs to be displayed based on users country location
