Joomla 2.5 website - job portal functionality

I have an existing Joomla 2.5 website which uses K2 as a component to store job listings. Other components are AcyMailing Enterprise and Community Builder. Each K2 job item uses various extra fields such as country, city, specialization. I would like to find a freelancer who can implement a function in the website which notifies a registered user of new jobs matching his saved preferences, on a regular interval. - If user does a search for K2 items, he should be able to click a link “Save as job alert” - If clicked, then save the search parameters which the user had selected into the MySQL database and link it to the user’s community builder account. This means the user shall be able to save multiple searches in his account. - In the Community Builder profile page he should also be able to view a list of searches and delete them (no need for editing) - In regular intervals (for example daily) website should check if there are any new K2 items which match the search parameters. If yes then send email to the user with links to the respective new K2 items. This should use AcyMailing if possible, so that the templates defined in this component can be used. If you want to be considered for this project then make it clear to me that you have the experience for this. Emails which just say "I can do it" will be deleted immediately. I will prefer freelancers who speak Russian. Thanks
