Modification to Ecommerce open source website

Need to add and change some features in front end and backend for an ecommerce website which I believe was done with oscommerce engine( i might be wrong on the engine part) Pls ping me for website url:
These are small changes so pls charge small amount and we can work on long term as we are web developers and are looking at long term partners. If your cost is cheap n service is good, we will work with you on other projects as well.
1. remove where to buy tab
2. Login tab to move right at the top
3. Pics should be changed to new
4. Can we amend the featured pics and promotions via backend? Also the one on the extreme right can we change via backend?
5. Promos : Max of 9 products in inner page
6. Warranty : create a contact form( fields will be given soon)
7. For category image and category icon in inner pages what is the size recommendations and why cannot it be deleted or published when we upload.
8. Also we need under every product a pdf upload feature which can be titled “ Product specs”
9. At the backend there is a quantity feature but pls change them to : 1-2, 3-10, 1-5, 6-20, 21-100, 100 and up
10. The product main image,large image and product extra image are all not working.
