Moodle customized mysql query

Need a custom mysql query that involved several moodle user tables.

The query will be that of user, last name, first name, email address, course taken, final grade and date of final test.

Also will need to included in custom query is 4 custom fields included in the moodle signup pages

Must know moodle as only those familiar with moodle will be considered.
