372508 PHP Membership DB & Admin

We need a skilled PHP programmer to create a "universal" Membership/Customer data base, User Interface and Admin Interface in PHP/mySQL.

We only work DIRECT providers. Please do not bid if you intend to refer this work out to another party. We work only directly with the programmer performing the services.

Customer Data Fields Required:

join date

join from URL

IP Address

Assigned Member ID Number

Assigned Member Password

email address

First Name

Last Name

Address 1

Address 2

City

State

Zip

Telephone

Member Level 1, 2, or 3

Admin Panel and Functions:

Create Sub-Admin Users and set access/admin permissions

Search customers by email, ID, last name

Search by ID range or Date Range and output in CSV file

Edit all Customer Data Fields

Turn Customer Account on/off

Edit/Update Customer Back Office versions 1, 2, and 3 content

Upgrade/downgrade customer from version 1 to 2, or 3

Create/edit timed messages displayed in User Back Office and set timing

User/Customer Back Office:

Customer Back Office has 3 versions based on Member Level 1, 2, or 3.

Timed messages displayed - controlled by Admin

Update email address, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Telephone

Automatic Ugrade (by purchasing) to Level 2 and/or 3

Customer Login:

Login with assigned Password/ID

Retreive Lost Password/ID via email address

Admin Login:

Login with assigned ID/password

Create Customer Sign-up Form:

join date (capture)

join from URL (capture)

IP Address (capture)

Member ID Number (Assign- unique for each customer)

Member Password (Assign-unique for each customer)

Ease of functionality is what is important in the completed work.

The layout of the required pages can be basic but CLEAN, we can design the graphical components of the Interfaces.

We expect ANY biider on the project to have the full capabilities to complete the project. We do not excrow funds for any provider with a Rating lower than our own. In any event, payment terms are 50% once the development is complete and test provided on your server, 50% payable when working version is on our server.
