I believe what I'm looking for will need to be programmed in PHP/MySql, but I'm not sure.
What I do is operate a site where members send deposits to me that are then used to purchase advertising and make deposits into the most reliable HYIP sites I can find. I also use the deposits to put money into various MLM/Matrix projects.
What I need is a script with a member's area where members can go to make their deposits, and to check their current available balances. Their deposits won't show anywhere on the site.
Here's the difficult part. When I'm paid, a certain percent goes towards paying members. This is the amount I want the script to acknowledge, and then, based on the number of currently active deposits in the database, it will divide the amount of funds I personally put in equally among those deposits. For example, if I receive a payout from a program where the percent I use to pay my members equals $20.00, and there's 10 deposits in the database, then each person will receive a $2 credit to their accounts. They should also be able to request payout and automatically be paid out.
I use e-gold, e-bullion, AlertPay and a couple of other payment processors. We can discuss these particulars once I get an idea of what this type of project will cost. I'm primarily just looking for an estimate of what this will cost right now, but will be looking more seriously to get this done as my membership increases.
