1­ Purpose: The sole purpose of this document is to provide the tentative project plan proposal for the Client and Admin Panel of website. 2­ Service Provider’s Responsibilities: The service provider is responsible to provide following services as per agreement. · Design + Html · Admin panel (Web-Based Backend) Development. · Client End Development. · Testing and Bug Fixing. 3­ Technologies and Tools: · PHP, My SQL Server and Java script will be used for application development. · Dream viewer and PHP framework would be used for API and Admin Panel development. Administrator Area: Our administrator will have the functionality from where he can upload videos on the web server. Below are the main section on admin are to manage site. 1. User Management 2. Videos Management 3. CMS 4. Payment Management Client End Area Area: Users will register on our site. They will have login panel from where they can login to our site. After that they will have to pay for browsing videos either online payment using paypal or they can even choose bank transfer option. For bank transfer payment an invoice will be generated for user and once it will be paid admin will authorize him from admin panel so that he can browse videos. After searching videos user will be able to view video detail. On video detail page there will be a link for downloading videos or even they can run website. 1. User Registration 2. Manage Profile 3. Videos Searching 4. Video Downloads Time Estimation: According to your required output this project will take at least 2-4 weeks in completion. Cost Estimation: Our hourly rate will be 5-8$/hr.,profit-sharing and 1st offer for oveaseas jobs and related work. 5­ Support: You will need to provide one month support for bug fixing without any extra charge. You will need to cater ot the bugs in existing requirement and will implement any addition of new functionality. IMPORTANT:-)We want to implement this basic site in starting and start earning then can consider additional functions and features once we have revenue we can invest more. I would need to know their capability first...i cannot go throwing away money just like that to person who cannot do a good job...He/She will need to provide a MOCK-UP for this 1st simple phrase to get us started.
