We need some upgrades to a CPA affiliate network script that we are currently running. 1. We need to upgrade from a one-tier to a two-tier program. We are already tracking the referrals we just need to upgrade the stats and the commissions computation. 2. We currently support two different offer sources, and we need to add two more. 3. We need to create a "limited admin" login who has access to some of the features of the full admin, but not all. Please bid based on this, but the winner who successfully completes this project will also get more jobs in the future as we have a number of additional upgrades.
