Web Developer Needed for Joomla Site

We're looking for a developer to:
1) create a custom html module that will display the last step a user accessed or completed on the site as well as what's coming panel type design.
2) create a floating display of the sum of form fields that is updated upon keyup on two form pages.
3) create a script to change data submission from uppercase to title case while leaving state abbreviation in upper case before saving to database. For example, user submits data on a form and submitted data is being saved into 2 tables. Table 1 requires all submitted data to be in upper case but Table 2 requires same data to be in title case.
4) create html5 version of 10 multipage forms that are currently available only in PDF format. These forms will include places in which a users submitted data will be displayed.
5) modify current function to display state where user lived if they lived in the same state over the last 2 years. If user has not lived in the same state over the last 2 years, then display state where user lived for more than 90 days during the period that covers 2 to 2 1/2 years ago. And modify current function that keeps track of user's spending limit.
