Whats app is an open source app you can find the full API by searching Google , i need to create a web based application that i will put bulk phone numbers in and it will check if these numbers got whats app or not and giving me report and export for the numbers after check which got whats app and you can do that by using the Whatsapp open source API by if the number GOT STATUS that means this number has whats app and if Never Seen before you know that this number doesn't have whatsapp , if you can do it fast and effective bid on this project , all work should be on PHP and you can find the open source API and Commands in the public domain .
