Wordpress / Woocommerce fixes

We are running a woocommerce/wordpress website

After a recent update to WP 4 we are having some serious issues with our plugins (We cannot delete or update plugins: We get an error message saying was not able to delete the old plugin, or not all files were deleted) This is happening to both active and not active plugins.

1) we need to remove non activated plugins - we get an error when we try to update or delete plugin..

2) need to clean up the site to ensure everything is ok before making further updates

3) fix a capcha issue on our registration page (right now the capcha image is not showing up so new users cannot sign up, if we deactivate the capcha, the whole registration form is no longer visible)

4) we need to ensure everything is ok to update to woocommerce 2.2

This is a live site with active users, the work need to be done ASAP - in the next 24 hours.
