If differnt group of professionals or differnt companies are bidding, then make sure you also mention the area of your expertise, you should clearly mention your expertise in php , .net or seo, if you have expertise in php as well as .net or seo, please be clear. We intend to have long term relations, we are looking for serious people , this is going to be regular work and we hope to make long term relations with the suitable and expericed bidders, we are only looking for people or companies who can provide quality results in the shortest period of time at competitive rates, we are ready to outsource work as soon as we choose the suitable service providers.
