Web Crawler Programm

I am looking for somebody who can build a search application (see picture). It should be able to grab results from up to 4 different websites and present the results to the user in a clear way including fotos. The search process should be totally automated whenever the user entered the search criteria. User must be able to rum multiple searches simultaneously and save search settings. The goal ist that new products are found very fast, e.g if somebody enters a new product to one of the websites and the user is searching for such a product, the programm should find and display it very fast. Also there should be something like a alarm whenever a new match is found. The Application should be installed locally on user computer. Licensing function so that the user must license the sofware every month but can use the system for one month free. More information upon discussion.
