We want to create a platform that enters this data into a no-sql database:

This is an example of one month's data. The database needs to accommodate up to three years of data.
The data should take no less than one day to be parsed into the database once the self extracting file is placed on the server.
Once the data is in, there needs to be a website platform that can analyse the data dynamically in graph format. So you should be able to select up to ten drugs and chart the number of prescriptions, cost and other datapoints over time, by location. These graphs should render in less than 3 seconds once filters are applied.
