Need a very professional website (detailed requirements)

Hi, We need a very professional website developed for us. We have specific requirements that we need to be met. 1. Take a look at [login to view URL] 2. We need our site to be just as visually appealing as that site. 3. It must be layed out in a very similar fashion. 4. We need someone who can take the content of that site, and rework it to be original. 5. However, it must still be very similar to the content on that site, just different enough to get away from copywriting issues. 6. We need the order of the content on our site to be the same as the order on their site. 7. This site will include a members area, with a secure login similar to their secure login. 8. Take a look at their affiliate page. 9. We need an affiliate page developed that is similar to there's. 10. We need you to provide the affiliate software, just like the software that they have on their site. 11. This needs to integrate with ClickBank, to put in our affiliates unique ID into all of the code for any banners we have. 12. If you are confused about what we need for the affiliate page, make an account on their site. Then you can see exactly what we are looking for as far as functionality for that part of the site. 13. We need a top banner developed, and other graphics, and logos to be placed throughout the site. These should be placed in a similar density to their site, but need to be unique. 14. We want a FAQ section developed, once again very similar to their site. 15. We will need you to make our Members Area as well. This is the area that people reach after using the secure login. 16. We have the content for that, and need you to create the design around that content. The design of the Members Area needs to match the design of the rest of the site. 17. We need you to create the Sample Survey section that they have on their site. It must be created similar to theirs. 18. We also need you to create the contact us section the way they have theirs. But all of this is integrated into our own site. 19. Remember, we need it to be very similar on all aspects, but different enough to not cause problems with copywriting. 20. Professional graphics, and colors, and design is essential. 21. Notice how appealing their site looks, that is what we need, throughout the entire site. 22. You must be able to make the tell a friends section at the bottom as well. 23. You MUST be an expert at PHP, most of the site is done is PHP, as you can see, so we need someone who is an absolute pro at that. 24. Notice the way their page sets up the registration. We need ours done the same way. Once they are on the registration page they cannot click back to the home page. 25. Look at [login to view URL] On that site notice the way registration is done, when you click join now. 26. The customer first fills out all of their details, and then after they submit those, they are finally taken to the registration page where they can pay. We need ours to have the same concept exactly. 27. We need you to make the page where they actually buy in a similar way as their site also. 28. We are going to need you to develop multiple small graphics that look professional, the way their site does. 29. Also, notice that the site has a flash site linked to it. If your browser supports flash, that site will come up, if it does not, the non-flash site will automatically come up. 30. We need you to develop a flash counterpart of our site. 31. It must have the same feel as the [login to view URL] flash site. 32. Please make sure to take a look at both their flash site, and their non-flash site to see what we are talking about. 33. Obviously, you will need to either turn off flash, or turn it on to see both sites. 34. The flash site they have is really just a home page made of flash. 35. Notice that all the links lead to their normal site we described above. 36. Also notice though that if you arrive with the flash version, then click a link to their normal site, when you click home it brings you back to the flash homepage. 37. If you arrive not supporting flash and get to that page, then when you click home it goes to the non flash home. 38. We need that type of functionality. 39.
