Simple Perl Scripts integration with a PHP site

I’d like to integrate some simple Perl scripts (sample scripts can be found at [url removed, login to view] - with minor changes) with my Ecommerce site [url removed, login to view] (build with X-Cart), so that a DID number (it’s like a typical phone number) can be chosen and passed to backend during checkout process, whenever a DID number is ordered (see product page [url removed, login to view]).
Maximum I will pay for this is $50.
This is a very simple task for someone who knows Perl and PHP. Knowledge about X-Cart is very helpful and may not be necessary.
