Request for Proposal: blue-collar.com. I would like to identify & select competent, qualified & cost-effective bidders for the design & development of an online advertising website. The website will include many user friendly features including and not limited to: easy navigation, sharp and attractive, secure payment processing, secure forms, user registration and profile editing, and must include an "ebay" type advertising generator where a client can create and submit their own advertising page. Other wanted features will be supplied at the end of the bidding process. If you are the bid winner an NDA (non dislcosure agreement) will be manditory before complete information is given. When posting reference sites, please post the contact person's details at the client company. (3) An estimate of your bid (in US$). Please identify the payment method you want to receive your funds in (Paypal, Bank transfer, etc.). Do not worry about the budget range. If it's above US$2,500, or less than US$500, just state it. (4) An estimate of the time to completion of the exercise. Please provide an estimate of the time it will take you to produce a fully-workable version, prior to any additional refinement. (5) A private message that contains your standard contractual terms of business for comparison with the contractual terms of business I currently use.
