Guestbooks hosting script

I need a script that allows:

using php/mysql

create an account to create a guestbook

few simple style options for guestbook

+ guestbook owners admin panel page

to change/modify style options/off/on option to receive postings

guestbook posting - edit/delete option

Guestbook page generation in static HTML by writing in a predetermined writeable directory or subfolder

To show the result page with html code for the guestbook owner to paste on their site and also to mail to the guestbook owner with the same.

Based on cron job, automatic generation of static html pages out of the database each day that will show the guestbooks on a unique html page in their predetermined directory/folders etc.

Admin for the site:

Viewing guestbook owners with options of edit/delete

Header footer and right column ssi files

sending mail to each selective or all users

Any other useful features that you can think may fit.
