566259 PHP CMS Needs additional features and functions

1. need database configured with CMS website 2. I need to beable to create an account for an admin, when an account is created it will allow the admin to go in to the system and add/remove their own invoices, sub admin users, calendar events, etc. Basically should be setup where I can create multiple seperate CMS systems for different companies to use to store their own customer info. 3. need section added where admin can edit their gmail address associated with the calendar that display in the CMS. 4. Under customer account there is the ability to add an order, I need an ajax function where the admin can add a line to add products from a drop down menu that the admin has already added from the products page. Would display the product information and allow the admin to edit the quantity and price. They can add another line as many times as needed to add more products to the invoice. The admin can then save the invoice and either open and print as pdf or email to customer as pdf(system will use email on file in customer account page where to send the invoice) [login to view URL] invoice to automatically generate random numbers using the date and random numbers and assign the invoice that number which will also display on the invoice template when printed or emailed to customer. 6. Need tab on admin window where admin can edit the text (CKEDITOR) and it will insert on the footer of the invoice and will display when printed or emailed to a customer. 7. Need a "SALES" tab created that shows total profit and loss system has made. Admin should be able to generate reports and display results by day, week, month, year and should be able to export in excel spreadsheet [login to view URL] should be able to mark invoice as (quote, deposit, paid, refund or completed) If marked as quote will list under a "Quotes" tab in admin. If marked deposit will provide field the admin can place an amount that will show as cash received in sales system and list under "Deposits" tab in admin. If marked as "Paid" will list under "Paid" tab in admin and reflect profit in "Sales". If marked as refund will provide field where admin can put in total refunded amount that will reflect in "Sales" and will be listed in "Refunded" tab. If mark as completed will be listed under completed tab. All tabs need to be created and there should be a search function under each time to search my customer name, email, phone or invoice number. 9. I have an invoice template with header I want inserted intot eh system and used when the admin is printing an invoice or emailing pdf invoice to customer. 10. system has some features and functions i need removed from the system.
