Hello, I need an script for a cargo company, here are the requirements: - Clean script so I can integrated with my current web page *Admin Panel: I need to be able to create user names and password from the admin interface I need to be able to generate report for each of the account holders with the account holder name and address and details of transactions. I need to be able to assign a COD/AGEN ( This is a field in the form ) to each of the users. SAMPLE: Agency: Cargo Express System will have COD/AGEN code "CEXS012409" I will need to be able to input this code manually and I will provide the code to my customers. * User Interface: Login interface for user to login to the account ( The administrator will provide each user with the user name and password ) Ones the user fill up the online documents, the system will need to keep a copy of this document in the data base and send an email with the copy of the document to the user and to the administrator. The form will generate tracking number automatically using the users company name + numbers: SAMPLE: User company name is: US Cargo LLC Then the first tracking number for this user will be: USC001 or USCA001 then the system will generate the new entries increasing the numbers from 001 and up. Please note that USC and USCA are the initials of the customers company names. The user needs to be able to run report of their company transactions details. *Shipping Form: On top of field "COD/AGEN" you will find and empty box. The idea is that ones the user input the COD/AGEN code the form will automatically fill the empty box on top with the users company name information. The form will generate tracking number automatically using the users company name + numbers: SAMPLE: User company name is: US Cargo LLC Then the first tracking number for this user will be: USC001 or USCA001 then the system will generate the new entries increasing the numbers from 001 and up. Please note that USC and USCA are the initials of the customers company names. The form field "GUIA MEIC #" is only for the administrator use so the user will not be able to input any data in this field. Ones the administrator review all the entries in the administrator interface, then the administrator will input the "Guia MEIC #" so when the users run the report, they will be able to see the information inputted but the administrator in the "Guia MEIC #" field. The Fields "Lbs and Kgs" I need the form to be able to calculate the KGS if the customer en the LBS in the LBS field and if the customer enter the KGS, then the form will have to calculate the LBS. In other words I need to have the 2 fields displayed in the form "Lbs and Kgs" and the form will have to calculate the other field depending in the user input, so if the user select the KGS and enter a number in that field, then the form will have to convert KGS To LBS and display the results in the LBS field. You will need to add a new field in the form, field name is "V/r" the field will go after the KGS field and will have a check box. I will provide you with the details of this check box later.
