118241 Profit Share/Autosurf site

I am taking bids on a profit share site script with graphics package. I need full management capabilities and an ease of use. I'm looking for the following specific features:

1) Profit share model allowing full adjustment of the percentages

2) Site rating for the sites viewed on a scale

3) Monthly membership fee to allow for reduced rates for transactions based on member level

4) Ability to set fees based on member level

5) Raffle option

6) Payment processor scripts for e-gold and CEPTrust

7) Region settings to allow users to specify a specific region and advertisers to choose to display ads in specific regions. This can be done on the fly by IP or by a choice in the member area.

8) Referral fee payment, and the ability for an upline to contact their downlines if the downline allows it.

9) Forums

10) Graphics scheme based on my needs. Nothing crazy, but I have some definite ideas about color scheme, etc

11) Database backups, etc

Please feel free to bid, and give examples of previous work if possible. If you can't do the graphics portion and are willing to work with a template please also indicate that. There is the potential for more work down the road. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
