Digital Asset Management - I need an automated solution for video/image/audio/data(text) hosting, offer accounts(w/hierarchy), accept uploading of ANY video and image format, file size, and do so securely and legally.

PHP style video editing/creation system is preferred, w/complete backend management/control, w/complete server-side functionality from remote locations.

All service-provider recommendations are welcome.

This project requires long-term development and service.

Here are some standard requirements:

~ Provide an easy interface for uploading/adding images/photos, videos, audio, text or xml feeds, single upload or bulk style.

~ Accept and Convert ANY uploaded videos(input) to flv, and any other current video output format, or customized profile for automated converting [need updates]

~ Provide a easy video editing user-interface for simple video editing, cropping, watermarks, insert image/slide [needs continued development]

~ Provide templates for entering data, customizing the "overlay" layout for a video, load/save/edit, w/timeline layout style, (auto)applying templates to a text-feed for bulk video creations/conversions.

~ Video snapshot option; edit, input/output, setttings. Automatically creates an image at an interval from uploaded, or converted videos.

~ White Label Complete Option for other business to partner, resell, affiliate.

~ Auto-create audio text-script from text feeds,edit/save/apply template, option to record audio from microphone, simple edit/save.

~ Customizable "white label" Video Player: compatible/distributable, accept overlays, many customizable options/features, sizing, many skins

~ Upload converted videos to other video websites; like Youtube, Metacafe, Yahoo, Google, or others. In Single, Bulk options; w/option pull from text feeds to populate required video fields automatic.. XML/API

~ Complete accounting, financials, tracking, and reporting of all digital assets w/backend management, secure, accept credit cards(google, paypal, others), ad revenue, alacarte billing, etc.

~ Distribution of all coverted videos(assets) anywhere with an online connection, w/any format supported, reporting/tracking, scalable for mobile.
