Convert Desktop App to Online php/MySql App with Multiple Users

This is a very simple job for anybody who can create a php/MySql application.
I have desktop application that is basically a type of planning software that I need converted to an online version.
The only complication is that the online version must be multi-user, i.e., users will have accounts to access their own data.
Once the application is converted to the online version, I will go to phase II of the project, which will be to customize and improve upon the original version, including improving the layout and overall look and feel.
Experience creating calendar/planner applications would be helpful, especially if you have ever interfaced them with Google calendar. Ideally, the scheduling features would be able to be synced to Google calendar if possible.
