I Need an outlook form designed to post calendar appointments to? a public calendar on our exchange server (exchange 2003). Most users are Outlook 2007, some are 2003.
Please only respond if you have prior experience creating outlook forms.
The form should always save to public calendar called “client renewals?? ??" even if the user is viewing their personal calendar when creating the appointment.
All appts are all day events, so we don't need start/stop times,? recurrence, time zone, free/busy, reminders, invite people, priority, spelling, etc.

* Qty.
* Term.
* Serial-Lic #
* Vend-p/n
* Orig purchase date
* Contact:
* History/notes:
All fields should be free form text.
deliverables:
outlook form (whatever format the file is) with directions on how to load it into the exchange server so it goes to everyone's outlook automatically. If that's not possible then simple directions on how to load the form into each user's outlook.
