PHP Developer Required - Job Management System(repost)

We are looking at changing our current PHP developer as they have not been able to keep up with the changes to our system. Hence, we are seeking to form an ongoing relationship with a developer, who in the first instance will document the existing code which is a custom application developed in PHP.?

This project will involve documenting the PHP code for an existing web-based application. The application is a service management program which accepts customer bookings and allocates the jobs to technicians based on their availability. There are lot more features of the program, visible in the screenshots attached.

If we are happy with the documentation, there will be further immediate jobs, such as ... 1. Subscription to newsletter which interfaces with system 2. Interface with online booking system 3. Customer login option 4. + Many more minor changes
