310488 Classifieds site scripting

Classifieds website: I already have a final template design for a website which will feature : 1. GENERAL CLASSIFIEDS category for all other items such as cameras, computers etc 2. AUTOS category for selling used cars, trucks, buses etc, 3. PROPERTY classfieds for selling and renting real estate of all types. After the above 3 categories are complete, we will be adding a TRAVEL, DATING and JOBS section: The site will be localised to Kenya: - The basic design is done to the extent of having required drop down/seach parameters for each of the 3 sections above. There is already some scripting installed, which I suppose will be replaced afresh by whoever takes over this job to completion: - Therefore basically I require a good coder to sort out the back end of the website. There will be very minor design inputs to seamlessly integrate with the existing template. I require all features expected of a modern, upto the standard website, for both the user and admin, including user friendly panels and data entry. Users will be able to register/log in and submit content directly but this will only go "LIVE" after admin approval. We do not require payment online process so this should nopt be included except ofcourse just a static page about how to pay- our bank details etc. For the autos section one may use the following as an example of what I have in mind: [login to view URL] For classifieds the categories of the items are similar to what you may find on ebay. The chosen programmer must be quick,with self motivation and good knowledge so he/she can include all required features without me feeling there is something missing in the site - I dont need TOO many features- want a simple but fully functional site. This project is a fun and rewarding project and I am ready to start this job right now and have plenty more such websites in the pipeline Rgds,
