217056 easy comment script install

This project is for a script install and slight template modification:

I had someone build a website for me. There are 4 parts to the website: the header, the footer, the right side, and the content part in the middle. The content part always changes but all of the other parts are templates and stay constant. I have a commenter script that I need installed in the right side. I already know how to install the script, but the problem is that the right side is a template and constant and so when a user submits a comment those same comments are seen on every page of the site. I just need the script installed on my site so that on the right side, each page has unique comments and thats it!
