Fix my Twitter API script and database

My domain is addfollowers.net. Currently, the system is set up to where users login and have to manually click the follow button for all VIP accounts. I would like this to be automated. When users login they would automatically follow all vip accounts. Also, I would like for when people pay vip using paypal, their account automatically be added to vip list. And right now the system is set up for periods of 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days. I woudl like to add 24 hours, 72 hours, and 60 days.

Must be familiar with twitter api.
