Advertisement webpage for local market

We need to develop a website to post advertisements (second hand mainly), that will be well organized and definitely will attract the user because of their user friendly navigation. Organized and attractive appearance, especially for the homepage. This website will be for a localmarket, where we will invest in advertising in TV, radio, flyers, Facebook, … so will need to attract people!!!

Also with SEO, we need very good situation in Google, Yahoo, Bing. …

The site need to be CMS

Navigation menu bar??? Home, How does it works, Browse ads, Post ad, Sign up/My account, about us, contact us. We accept your suggestions!!!

Also need space to Google Adsense, do you have experience with it??? And also to ad banner for loca business

In Footer we need: About us, contact us, privacy policy and terms and conditions

-- “Browse ads” section. We need the possibility to search in locations and categories. The ads need to give: title of the ad and thumbnail, posted date, description about the ad

-- Post ad section: registered user can add an advertisement, several fields, like main name, upload photos and main text field. The ads in the future we probably need improvements, for example, Car categorie will need subcategories to write, kilometres, number of doors, automatic/manual and other options and maybe more levels of subcategorie

We also need when people are looking ads, a buttom to send that advertisement to an e-mail they decide, for example “send ad to a friend that maybe is interested”

Registration form: This form would gather the user’s personal information such as: first name, last name, email, password, city, mobile number, land line number and more... Need to agree with the terms and conditions.

Registered user can decide in his user profile what information to be public

User / Password to log in and also a forgot password link

Obligatory must be username, name, password and e-mail. Customizable to the admin, because still don´t know exactly how it will be

Packages Options: This section will includes the categories of packages that user need to purchase before posting the classified on the website. For example, 1 ad, 3 ads for a lower rate, 5 ads for another rate

As the admin, client can choose to force users to verify their email address (by clicking a link that arrives in an email after they signup) before they can login to their account.

When users signup, users need to visually read the alphanumeric code from an automatically generated image and enter it into a field.

Automatic e-mail when:

- They become a member of the system

- An automatic emails would be send to the website users, when the advertisement is near to expire

- Maybe future options and also newsletter possibility

Facebook connect

- Add Facebook Share button to any piece of content.

- Create Facebook Pages and post, use Fan Box on site to drive fans.

- Allow Facebook users to register for your site and set up a profile using their Facebook account. Example: [url removed, login to view] (top on the left)

Payment method:

We will supply a Spanish bank for payment gateway integration, also the possibility to pay by bank transfer (the ad must be on hold until the admin check the transfer and then make the ad public in the webpage). And depends on the commission maybe Paypal also.

About the three languages, we accept suggestions. Is it possible to automatically translate the ads??? The webpage we will supply the text in Spanish, English and german.

We also need a logo development for the theme of the site

SMS service will be added in the future to make mass-sms

There are small ideas that will appear and we don´t want problems to configure that

We still don´t know how works the process of create our website. If for example we have a new idea during the process you can do it??? Also in the process probably we will say to do something in this way, we want this link to do this, that link to do that, is there any problem with this??? Anyway mainly what we said above is what we need :P

At the moment, we think that this is what we need. Maybe in the future will implement also “bookings in hotel and apartments” and other things that we have in mind.
